What is Cranial Osteopathy

Cranial Osteopathy is a field of expertise within Osteopathy; although its techniques were discovered within the physiology and bones of the head, it can be used on any part of the body. Cranial Osteopaths use a highly developed sense of touch to feel subtle changes in tension and tissue quality, within the whole body. Using this gentle,  specialised approach helps the osteopath to understand, diagnose and treat the cause of the symptoms, and reduce the chance of symptoms re-occurring in the future.
